Garlic – Uncover the Healing Properties of the Plant and Simple Recipes to Use it (Part 2)

  1. Garlic liniment should be rubbed into your skin to relieve muscular stiffness and pain when suffering from rheumatism, strained ligaments, arthritis, psoriasis and inflammation. In addition, the liniment improves circulation of blood. Lightly squeeze 4-5 cloves of garlic and infuse them with 2.5 glasses of apple cider vinegar and half a glass of gin. Mix the paste thoroughly. Fill a glass jar with the mix and cover it up. Leave the mix in a cold and dry place for 2 weeks. Remember to stir the liniment 3 times a day on a daily basis. Afterwards, decant the mix and add 15-20 drops of eucalyptus oil. Eucalyptus oil improves the ability of the liniment to soak into the skin.
  2. Infuse 3 cloves of garlic with 3-4 glasses of wine or apple cider vinegar and leave the mix to brew for 2 weeks to get garlic vinegar. It is a great remedy to deal with cold virus. Add a hint of salt to the vinegar and use it as a gargle. Take a teaspoon of garlic vinegar to fight tiredness. The vinegar can be used for compresses, as well.
  3. Garlic pellets should be used just like garlic pills available at the drugstore. However, the pellets can be kept for a longer time. Reduce 5 cloves of garlic to small pieces. Mix equal quantities of flattering elm peel powder and mallow root powder. Add 10% of the powder to garlic and slowly pour a bit of distilled water over it. Stir the mix without interruption till you get a paste. Make pellets of it and dry them on trays in a 30 degrees Celsius oven. Keep the pellets in a glass vessel and definitely put a lid on it.
  4. Squeeze several cloves of garlic and put them in a glass bottle. Pour 3 glasses of red vine over them and cover the bottle up. Expose it to direct sunlight for 14 days and shake the bottle as often as possible on a daily basis. Afterwards, decant the mix, fill a bottle made of dark glass with it and cover up. On the first day of the course of treatment you should take 2 drops of garlic liquor, on the second day – 4 drops, on the third day – 6 drops and etc. Increase the amount of the liquor you intake till the moment 24 drops are taken. Then you should reduce the amount of consumed liquor in the same sequence. You should perform the healing procedure twice.

Garlic remedies can be used to treat gastritis, dysentery and chronic constipation. They strengthen your gums and fight gum inflammation. In addition, they prevent caries.
